WHAT TO BRING

SHOES

Two pairs, one enclosed
(no sandals or thongs)
for the water (aqua booties or old sneakers are great) and one dry pair for on land.

PANTS

Shorts or track pants are fine over swimmers.

TOPS

T-shirts, woollen jumper, rain jacket, lycra rash vest.

HAT

We recommend wearing a well-fitting hat, that can’t fly off. Glasses retainers are advised.

TOWEL

You will get wet!

For weekend courses, there will be a break for lunch during the day. Food can be purchased from Snapper, or bring your own!
